Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 2 January 2025.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, in the Second Schedule, in Part 21, in item 558, in the second column, replace “who is a mental defective” with “with mental impairment”.
