(Provisions and Water)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Merchant Shipping (Provisions and Water) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 23 December 2024.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  In the Merchant Shipping (Provisions and Water) Regulations (Rg 24), in regulation 3(1), after “provided”, insert “, free of charge,”.
Amendment of regulation 7
3.  In the Merchant Shipping (Provisions and Water) Regulations, in regulation 7(1), after “varied”, insert “, balanced”.
