| Permitting girl under the age of 16 to use premises for intercourse |
| 143. Any person who is the owner or occupier of any premises, or who has, or acts or assists in, the management or control of any premises, induces or knowingly suffers a girl under the age of 16 years to resort to or be on those premises for the purpose of having sexual intercourse except by way of marriage with any male person shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
