(Revocation) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(2) of the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises Act 1975, the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (Revocation) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 16 June 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the following Regulations:
(a)the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (Disciplinary Proceedings) Regulations (Rg 1);
(b)the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (Disciplinary Proceedings — Delegation of Functions) Regulations (Rg 2).
