Citation and commencement |
1. These Rules are the Supreme Court (Estate Duty Act) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022. |
Amendment of rule 3 |
2. Rule 3 of the Supreme Court (Estate Duty Act) Rules (R 1) (called in these Rules the principal Rules) is amended by deleting the words “originating summons” in paragraph (a) and the rule heading and substituting in each case the words “originating application”. |
Amendment of rule 6 |
3. Rule 6 of the principal Rules is amended by deleting the words “Order 7 and Order 15, Rule 13 of the Rules of Court (R 5)” and substituting the words “Divisions 1 and 3 of Order 6 and Order 4, Rule 6(4) and (5) of the Rules of Court 2021 (G.N. No. S 914/2021)”. |

4. Rule 10 of the principal Rules is amended —

5. Rule 11 of the principal Rules is amended by deleting the word “leave” and substituting the word “permission”. |
