(Amendment) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 432/2018), in the Schedule —
(a)delete items 15 and 15A; and
(b)after item 17, insert —
 
“18.Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Ward 6D)
 
11 Jalan Tan Tock Seng, Singapore 308433”.
