(Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000 (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000, in the First Schedule, after item 13, insert —
13A.Section 11F
Trafficking in psychoactive substance
13B.Section 11G
Manufacture of psychoactive substance
13C.Section 11H
Import and export of psychoactive substance
13D.Section 11L
Person in charge of place or premises permitting or allowing psychoactive substance activities at that place or premises
13E.Section 11M
Arranging or planning gatherings for psychoactive substance activities
13F.Section 11O
Introducing psychoactive substance trafficker to another person
13G.Section 11P(1)
Instructing person to manufacture or consume psychoactive substance, etc.
13H.Section 11P(2)
Disseminating or publishing information on the manufacture or consumption of psychoactive substance, etc.
13I.Section 11Q
Causing or procuring young person or vulnerable person to commit certain offences
