Poisons (Amendment) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Poisons Act 1938, the Minister for Health makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Poisons (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 1 July 2024.
Amendment of Ninth Schedule
2.  In the Poisons Rules (R 1), in the Ninth Schedule —
(a)in paragraph 1, replace “$276” with “$290”;
(b)in paragraph 3, replace “$106” with “$111”; and
(c)in paragraph 4, replace “$37” with “$39”.
