(Shared Paths)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 13 July 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.—(1)  In the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018) (called in this Order the principal Order), in the First Schedule, in Part 6 —
(a)replace items 7 and 8 with —
7.A path (approximately 0.25 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Park Street and Bayfront Avenue, running along Bayfront Avenue and ending at the junction of Bayfront Avenue and Central Boulevard.
8.A path (approximately 0.25 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Central Boulevard and Bayfront Avenue, running along Bayfront Avenue and ending at the junction of Bayfront Avenue and Park Street.”; and
(b)after item 59, insert —
60.A path (approximately 0.04 kilometre in length) starting at the ingress of The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, running along Hill Street and ending at the ingress or egress of Pullman Singapore Hill Street.”.
(2)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 8, after item 8, insert —
9.A path (approximately 0.38 kilometre in length) starting at lamp post 30 on Hougang Avenue 7, running along Hougang Avenue 7 and ending at the access leading to the carpark of Block 357 Hougang Avenue 7.”.
(3)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 9, after item 56, insert —
57.A path (approximately 0.09 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of the slip road into the Ayer Rajah Expressway and Jurong Town Hall Road near lamp post 174, running along Jurong Town Hall Road and ending at the junction of Jurong Town Hall Road and the slip road out of the Ayer Rajah Expressway near lamp post 172.”.
(4)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 14 —
(a)replace item 46 with —
46.A path (approximately 0.28 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Sentul Crescent, Sumang Link and Punggol Walk, running along Punggol Walk and ending at Punggol Walk near lamp post 17.”; and
(b)after item 47, insert —
48.A path (approximately 0.24 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Punggol Field and Punggol Way, running along Punggol Way and ending at the junction of Punggol Way and Tampines Expressway (excluding the path between lamp post 10 and lamp post 14).
49.A path (approximately 0.24 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Punggol North Avenue and Punggol Way, running along Punggol Way and ending at the junction of Punggol Way and Sumang Link.”.
(5)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 21 —
(a)replace item 19 with —
19.A path (approximately 0.31 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Lorong 1 Toa Payoh and Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, running along Lorong 2 Toa Payoh and ending at the junction of Lorong 2 Toa Payoh and Lorong 1A Toa Payoh.”; and
(b)after item 24, insert —

1.A path (approximately 0.23 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Tanjong Katong Road and Amber Road, running along Amber Road and Tanjong Katong Road South and ending at bus stop number 82051.
2.A path (approximately 0.17 kilometre in length) starting at the pedestrian crossing along Meyer Road, running along Meyer Road and ending at the junction of Meyer Road and Fort Road.

1.A path (approximately 0.21 kilometre in length) starting at bus stop number 13191 along Paterson Road, running along Paterson Road and Orchard Boulevard and ending at the junction of Orchard Boulevard and Anguilla Park.
2.A path (approximately 0.06 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Anguilla Park and Orchard Boulevard, running along Orchard Boulevard and ending at bus stop number 09111.
3.A path (approximately 0.37 kilometre in length) starting at bus stop number 09022 near lamp post 18, running along Orchard Boulevard and Paterson Road and ending at bus stop number 13199.
Part 31
SERANGOON
1.A path (approximately 0.06 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Yio Chu Kang Road and Yio Chu Kang Road Minor, running along Yio Chu Kang Road and ending at bus stop number 63201.
2.A path (approximately 0.40 kilometre in length) starting at the pedestrian crossing opposite Block 142 along Serangoon North Avenue 1, running along Serangoon North Avenue 1 and ending opposite 22 Chepstow Close.”.
Amendment of Third Schedule
3.  In the principal Order, in the Third Schedule —
(a)replace item 123 with —
123.Kranji‑Mandai Park Connector (approximately 2.98 kilometres in length) starting at the mouth of Sungei Pang Sua Canal into Kranji Reservoir, running along the eastern bank of Sungei Pang Sua Canal and ending at the Rail Corridor near Sungei Kadut Way.”; and
(b)after item 136, insert —
