(Amendment No. 2) Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 8 July 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3), in the Schedule —

(a)

delete item 2A; and

(b)

after item 4, insert —

“5.	Personnel Board, Ministry of Digital Development and Information.

Public officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (including the Cyber Security Agency and the Smart Nation Group).”.
