(Personnel Boards)
(Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, the Minister charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3), in the Schedule —
(a)in item 2A, in the second column, after “Ministry of Communications and Information”, insert “(including the Cyber Security Agency and the Smart Nation Group)”; and
(b)in item 23, in the second column, after “Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau”, insert “, the Cyber Security Agency and the Smart Nation Group”.
