(Amendment) Rules 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Test) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 9 July 2024.

Amendment of rule 5

2. In the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Test) Rules (R 21), in rule 5(1)(b)(iv), delete “and to sign test certificates”.
