Central Provident Fund
(Amendment) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act 1953, the Central Provident Fund Board makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 1 July 2024.
Amendment of rule 15
2.  In the Central Provident Fund Rules (R 3), in rule 15(1), delete “or which was standing to the credit of that member at the time of his death”.
