(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act 2001, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the United Nations (Sanctions — Central African Republic) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 26 July 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the United Nations (Sanctions — Central African Republic) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 976/2020), in regulation 2, replace “and 2648 (2022)” with “, 2648 (2022) and 2693 (2023)”.
Amendment of regulation 15
3.  In the United Nations (Sanctions — Central African Republic) Regulations 2020, in regulation 15(2), after “Resolution 2648 (2022)”, insert “or paragraph 1 of Resolution 2693 (2023)”.
