(Appeal) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Personal Data Protection Commission, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Personal Data Protection (Appeal) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 8 July 2024.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  In the Personal Data Protection (Appeal) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 65/2021), in the following provisions, replace “Communications” with “Digital Development”:
 Regulation 20(1)
 Regulation 21(1)(a)
 Regulation 30(4).
