(Declaration of Prisons)
(Amendment) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Act 1933, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Prisons (Declaration of Prisons) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Prisons (Declaration of Prisons) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 433/2018), in the Schedule —
(a)delete items 19 and 20; and
(b)after item 22, insert —
 
“23.Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Ward 6D)
11 Jalan Tan Tock Seng, Singapore 308433”.
