(Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act 1975, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 July 2024.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  In the Medicines (Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate) Regulations (Rg 16), in regulation 4(1) —
(a)in sub-paragraph (a), replace “$6,370” with “$6,570”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (b), replace “$212” with “$220”.
