(Personnel Boards and Appeals Board)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 15 July 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Schedule —
(a)delete item 2; and
(b)renumber items 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 as items 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, respectively.
