(Amendment) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (No. 2) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 430/2018), in the Schedule —
(a)delete item 38AA; and
(b)after item 40, insert —
 
“40A.Tan Tock Seng Hospital
(Ward 6D)
11 Jalan Tan Tock Seng,
Singapore 308433”.
