(Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act 1975, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 July 2024.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  In the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) Regulations (Rg 9), in regulation 5(1), replace “$106” with “$111”.
