(Amendment No. 2) Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Chan Chun Sing, the Minister charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2024 and, except for paragraph 2(2), comes into operation on 1 July 2024.

(2) Paragraph 2(2) comes into operation on 15 July 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2.—(1) In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule —

(a)

in item 2, in the third column, delete “Ms Teoh Zsin Woon” and “Ms Lai Wei Lin”;

(b)

in item 2, in the third column, after “Mr Chng Kai Fong”, insert —

“Mr Lau Peet Meng

Mr Lai Chung Han”;

(c)

in item 4, in the third column, delete “Ms Lim Wan Yong”;

(d)

in item 6, in the third column, delete “Mr Lai Chung Han”; and

(e)

in item 6, in the third column, after “Mdm Liew Wei Li”, insert “Mr Augustin Lee”.

(2) In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010, in the First Schedule —

(a)	in item 1, in the third column, delete “Mr Chan Yeng Kit”;
(b)	in item 3, in the third column, replace “Mr Chan Yeng Kit” with “Ms Tan Gee Keow”;
(c)	in item 4, in the third column, delete “Mr Chan Yeng Kit”; and
(d)	in item 4, in the third column, after “Mr Jeffrey Siow Chen Siang”, insert “Ms Lai Wei Lin”.
