Dental Registration (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61B(3) of the Dental Registration Act, the Singapore Dental Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dental Registration (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 6th November 2009.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Dental Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 2, 2009 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “any offence” in paragraph (a), the words “(other than a continuing offence)”.
