Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955 (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 8 July 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955, in the First Schedule, in Part 1, in item 9, replace “Ministry of Communications and Information and its agencies” with “Ministry of Digital Development and Information (including the Cyber Security Agency and the Smart Nation Group), the Government Technology Agency, the Info‑communications Media Development Authority and the National Library Board”.
