(Exemption) (Educational Institutions)
(Amendment) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Public Entertainments Act 1958, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Public Entertainments (Exemption) (Educational Institutions) (Amendment) Order 2023 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In the Public Entertainments (Exemption) (Educational Institutions) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 814/2018), in paragraph 2(1) and (2), replace “section 3” with “section 4”.
