(Amendment) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(5) of the Human Organ Transplant Act 1987, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Human Organ Transplant (Specified Products) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In paragraph 2 of the Human Organ Transplant (Specified Products) Notification (N 1), replace “section 14(1)” with “section 13(1)”.
