(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 3)
Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2024.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 10 July 2023.

(3) Paragraph 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 28 August 2023.

(4) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015), in the Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)

in item 9, in the second column, delete item (1);

(b)

in item 38, in the second column, after item (12), insert —

“(13) St. Andrew’s Senior Care (Bedok South)”; and

(c)

in item 38, in the second column, after item (13), insert —

“(14) St. Andrew’s Senior Care (Bedok North)”.
