Notification 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2024.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 10 July 2023.

(3) Paragraph 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 28 August 2023.

(4) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016), in the Schedule —

(a)

delete item 17;

(b)

after item 198, insert —

“198A. St. Andrew’s Senior Care (Bedok South)”; and

(c)

after item 200, insert —

“200A. St. Andrew’s Senior Care (Bedok North)”.
