(Work Passes) (Amendment No. 4)
Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 December 2023.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. In the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 569/2012), in the following provisions, replace “Every” with “Except as the Controller specifies otherwise in writing, every”:

Fourth Schedule, Part IV, paragraph 4A(1)

Fifth Schedule, Part II, paragraph 6A(1).
