Departure, and Rates) (Amendment)
Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment) Notification 2021.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) comes into operation on 1 September 2021.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 1 October 2021.

Amendment of Part I of First Schedule

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 6 of Division 1; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 9 of Division 1, the following item:

“10.	Tuas Port —

(a)	71 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 636743; and

(b)	73 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 636744.

All hours.”.
