Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Infectious Diseases Act 1976 (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 30 June 2022.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the First Schedule to the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, after item 25, insert —
“25A.  Monkeypox”.
