Insurance Intermediaries (Amendment) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Insurance Intermediaries Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance Intermediaries (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2002.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Insurance Intermediaries Regulations 1999 (G.N. No. S 586/99) is amended by deleting items (3), (4) and (5) and substituting the following item:

“

(3) $150,000

2002 and every subsequent year.

”.
