Protection from Harassment
(Public Service Worker)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(6) of the Protection from Harassment Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Protection from Harassment (Public Service Worker) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 10 October 2022.
Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule
2.  In the Schedule to the Protection from Harassment (Public Service Worker) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 750/2014), in Part 1, in paragraph 63 —
(a)in sub-paragraph (2), delete sub-paragraph (c);
(b)in sub-paragraph (2)(d), delete sub-paragraph (i);
(c)in sub-paragraph (3), replace the definitions of “mask” and “movement control measure” with —
“ “movement control measure” has the meaning given by regulation 2(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Reopening — Control Order) Regulations 2022;”;
(d)in sub-paragraph (3) (definition of “specified premises”), replace the semi-colon at the end with a full‑stop; and
(e)in sub-paragraph (3), delete the definition of “wear”.
