(Chapter 1)
Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 28th October 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 3 of the Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Consolidation) Notification (N 12) is amended by deleting the words “Senior Parliamentary Secretary” in the first column and substituting the words “Minister of State”.
