Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Filing Agents and Qualified Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 28 April 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Filing Agents and Qualified Individuals) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 198/2015), in the First Schedule, in paragraph 6(1), replace the definition of “Singapore financial institution” with —

“ “Singapore financial institution” means a financial institution as defined in section 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022;”.
