(Contracting States) (Amendment No. 3)
Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the International Child Abduction Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 211/2011) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of item 33, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:
