Active Mobility
(Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67(1) of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 4 October 2019.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(1) of the Active Mobility Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 251/2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (b), the following sub‑paragraphs:
“(ba)a pedestrian‑only path marking consists of the symbol set out in diagram 5A of the Schedule;
(bb)an end‑of pedestrian‑only path marking consists of the symbol set out in diagram 5B of the Schedule;”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Active Mobility Regulations 2018 is amended by inserting, immediately after Diagram 5, the following Diagrams:
“PEDESTRIAN‑ONLY PATH MARKING
DIAGRAM 5A
END‑OF PEDESTRIAN‑ONLY PATH MARKING
DIAGRAM 5B
”.
