(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 25 January 2024.
Amendment of regulation 89B
2.  In the Companies Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 89B(f), after “remaining”, insert “locally resident”.
