(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Attorney-General (Additional Functions) Act, the President makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Attorney-General (Additional Functions) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 16 November 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Attorney-General (Additional Functions) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 22, the following item:

“23.	Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority”.
