Immigration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2000.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “19” wherever it appears in Forms 2, 5, 9, 11, 15, 20 to 26, 33, 34, 34A and 35 and substituting in each case “20”.
