and Release Charges)
(Amendment) Rules 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Parking Places Act 1974, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Parking Places (Vehicle Removal, Storage and Release Charges) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Parking Places (Vehicle Removal, Storage and Release Charges) Rules 2018 (G.N. No. S 281/2018), in the Schedule, in the third column, replace “$21.40” wherever it appears with “$21.80”.
