Customs (Duties)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act 1960, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 January 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In paragraph 2 of the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4), delete sub‑paragraph (4).

Amendment of First Schedule

3. In the First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order, delete column (8).
