In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 May 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) —

(a)

replace item 92 with —

“92.	Sunlove Senior Care Centre @ Ang Mo Kio”; and

(b)

after item 196, insert —
