(Ministerial Responsibility)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2024 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of Fifteenth Schedule

2. In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), in the Fifteenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 1(2), replace sub‑paragraph (a) with —

“(a)	Carbon Pricing Act 2018 (but not Division 1A of Part 5)”.

Amendment of Sixteenth Schedule

3. In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020, in the Sixteenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 6, after paragraph (8), insert —

“(9) Carbon Pricing Act 2018 (Division 1A of Part 5 only)”.
