(Amendment) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 20 May 2022.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Third Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012), in Part I, in item 1, replace “21 Woodlands Crossing” with “11 Woodlands Crossing”.
