Political Donations (Political Associations)
(Amendment) Order 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “political association” in section 2(1) of the Political Donations Act, the Prime Minister makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Political Donations (Political Associations) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 6 February 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Items 1, 3 and 5 of the Schedule to the Political Donations (Political Associations) Order (O 1) are deleted.
