(Chapter 272A)
Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “per year or a pro rata amount for any part thereof” in the second column of item 9; and
(b)by deleting “$10.40” in the second column of item 10 and substituting “$10.50”.
