(Amendment) Rules 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 140 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Recalls) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of rule 2

2. In the Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Recalls) Rules 2012 (G.N. No. S 434/2012), in rule 2 —

(a)	in paragraph (1)(a), replace “$70.62” with “$71.94”;
(b)	in paragraph (1)(b), replace “$1.07” with “$1.09”; and
(c)	in paragraph (2), replace “$21.40” with “$21.80”.
