Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Income Tax Act 1947, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Income Tax Act 1947 (Amendment of Ninth Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 5 June 2023.

Amendment of Ninth Schedule

2. In the Income Tax Act 1947, in the Ninth Schedule, after item 11, insert —

“12.	Uplifting Employment Credit”.
