(Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Public Transport Council Act 1987, the Public Transport Council makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 16 November 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 514/2014) —

(a)

delete items 90, 107, 108, 147, 157, 183, 184, 191, 192, 193, 198, 199, 217, 218, 230, 258, 259, 260, 300 and 326; and

(b)

after item 365, insert —
