Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) and (2) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2009.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) Notification (N 2) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of “$50” in sub-paragraph (b)(ii) of paragraph 10 of Part III, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“

$50

(d) transfer of licence number

$50.

”; and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of “$30” in sub-paragraph (h)(ii) of paragraph 12 of Part V, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“

(i) cancellation of licence number to be replaced by allotted licence number

$50

(j) transfer of licence number

$50.

”.
